Item Expectations
PRINTS
All prints listed are orignal artwork made by me. They are designs from my Instagram page - @DesignByAto
Please note that all prints come in A4 standard size. Artwork may appear different to the work posted to Instagram as the sizes differ. All images of the prints listed in this store show the final dimensions/versions that you will receive.
All prints are produced post order and the prints undergo a thorough quality check prior to being shipped out. Prints are shipped out in protective packaging which includes plastic sleeves and cardstock supportive envelopes.
APPAREL
All apparel is made as soon as a customer placea an order, which is why it may take a bit longer to ship apparel. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps to reduce overproduction. This also means that any order of apparel cannot unfortunately be exchanged, returned or refunded.
STICKERS
All stickers are produced post-order and ship separately from prints.
Shipping Policy
The store offers worldwide shipping.
Please allow 1-3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped out. After that, expect anywhere from 4-12 weekdays days for products to be delivered to you. Apparel may take a bit longer as it's being made after an order is placed.
Different methods of shipping may be selected at check-out. Please read the shipping expectations carefully.
Please note that products may ship separately even if they are placed within the same order.
